Letter of DPRK Permanent Representative at UN Distributed as Document of UNGA and UNSC

| Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- A letter sent by the DPRK permanent representative at the United Nations to the president of UNSC was distributed as an official document A/71/1032-S/2017/735 of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council on September 12. The letter strongly requested the UNSC to discuss as an emergency agenda item the issue of the U.S.-south Korea joint military exercises, a grave threat to international peace and security. |
