The editorial charged that the present chief executive in a phone message with the Japanese prime minister agreed to implement the UN "resolution on sanctions" against the north in collusion with the U.S. and Japan under the pretence of the nuclear test. It expressed grave concern about the behavior of the present "government" keeping steps with the outsiders' sanctions and pressure on compatriots, while failing to settle the past problems including the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army.

The "government" should stop following the outsiders' scenario and take option for peaceful reunification, the editorial stressed.
