The statement lauded President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il for their exploits performed in founding and strengthening the DPRK.

It described the DPRK's recent ICBM-ready H-bomb test as a great success of the Korean people staunchly struggling against the U.S. highhandedness and as a signal event which will go down forever in the Korean nation's history of 5000 years.

Shortly ago, the DPRK succeeded in its ICBM launching test again and thus strikingly showed that it is an independent and sovereign state of Juche and a world military giant, it said.

Noting that respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un proved once again the validity of the Juche idea and the Songun politics through the recent successful H-bomb test, the statement stressed that he would lead the DPRK to a fresh victory.
