They included celebration meetings, book and photo exhibitions and film shows in Mexico, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland and Nigeria from Aug. 29 to Sept. 9.

On display at their venues were photos showing the exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and the revolutionary activities of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

And there were works of the peerlessly great men of Mt Paektu and books and photos introducing the successes registered by the army and people of the DPRK in building a socialist power and bolstering up the country's military capabilities.

Such Korean films were shown as "My Country Has Emerged Victorious by Dint of Single-minded Unity".

The chairman of the Mexico-Korea Friendship Association noted that Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il founded and developed the DPRK and defended and advanced the socialist cause to victory with their unique Songun politics and that Kim Jong Un is reliably defending the country's sovereignty and dignity.

The chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee said that the DPRK was turned into a people-centered socialist state based on the Juche idea under the guidance of the great leaders and is invariably advancing along the road of independence, Songun and socialism despite the vicious obstructive moves of the hostile forces.

The chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association said that the DPRK gives courage and strength to the progressive people of the world standing against imperialism and loving peace.

The chairman of the Ostfold County Committee of the Communist Party of Norway stressed that the DPRK led by Kim Jong Un is now smashing every challenge of the U.S. imperialists and their followers.

The general secretary of the Iceland-DPRK Friendship and Cultural Society said that the Korean people would certainly build a socialist power in the near future as it is led by Kim Jong Un.

The chairman of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism lauded the feats of the great leaders for the foundation and development of the DPRK.

Congratulatory letters and messages to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events in Switzerland, Sweden, Finland and Nigeria.
