Emergence of DPRK as Nuclear Power Welcomed Abroad
Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- Bodies of Democratic Congo and Benin on Sept. 5 issued statements hailing the successful ICBM-ready H-bomb test in the DPRK.

Noting that the DPRK successfully conducted the test of H-bomb for ICBM under the Workers' Party of Korea's plan on building a strategic nuclear force, the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of Democratic Congo and the DR Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association said in their joint statement:

The test clearly showed that the DPRK has ranked itself among the world's nuclear powers with dignity.

The DPRK's step for beefing up its nuclear force serves as a great deed which provided a firm guarantee for peace, as it is a measure for self-defense to cope with the hostile policy of the U.S. which deployed its military bases in south Korea and has posed constant nuclear threat and sanctions to the former.

We support the DPRK's legitimate steps aimed to resolutely foil all sorts of sanctions and pressure by the U.S. and its followers and defend the sovereignty and rights to existence and development.

The Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader" and the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea said in their joint statement:

Through the recent test, the DPRK showed the world that it further cemented its strategic position as a nuclear power of Juche and no force can block Songun Korea dashing toward a socialist power like the storming wind.

We are convinced that the Korean people closely united around Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un will win in the struggle to build a powerful socialist nation and reunify the country, under the line of simultaneously pushing forward the two fronts, an eternal banner for peace.
