Personages of the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany and the Berlin Juche Idea Study Group noted that Kim Il Sung made public the work on September 5, 1977 and wisely led the work for training young generations to be able revolutionary talents and preparing all the people as the powerful driving force of socialist construction and that his cause has been creditably carried forward by respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Referring to the fact that Kim Il Sung in his work gave answers to the theoretical and practical matters arising in socialist education including the main principles of the socialist pedagogy, the chairman of the Jamalpur Branch of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea said:
