Celebration meetings, receptions, book, photo and handicraft exhibitions and film shows took place at the DPRK missions in Cuba, Brazil, Venezuela, Peru, Germany, Romania, Russia, Bulgaria, Belarus, Switzerland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, France, Poland, Austria, Italy and Spain and DPRK permanent missions to the UN Office and international organizations in Geneva and to the UN from September 4 to 12.

On display at the venues of the events were photos showing the revolutionary careers and exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and the revolutionary activities of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

There were also their works and books, photos and handicraft introducing the reality of the DPRK and talents and wisdom of the Korean people.

"My Country Has Emerged Victorious by Dint of Single-minded Unity" and other Korean films were shown.

Present at the events on invitation were personages of different circles and members of Juche idea study organizations and organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people in those countries and representatives of international and regional bodies.

Officials of the DPRK missions were on hand.

The participants laid floral baskets and bouquets at the portraits of smiling Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and art works depicting the great leaders standing together and paid tribute to them.
