Rodong Sinmun Monday in a commentary says that the ruthless act of dampening the strong desire of Koreans in Japan to defend the right to national education for their children can be committed by those steeped in hostility toward the DPRK and Chongryon to the marrow of their bones.

The Japanese authorities are entirely to blame for this.

The shameless decision made by the Tokyo District Court is an indication of the deep-rooted intention of the Japanese reactionaries to deprive Koreans in Japan of their right to national education.

What should not be overlooked is that the hostile discrimination is timed to coincide with the frantic moves against the DPRK and Chongryon by finding fault with the DPRK's just measure for bolstering the nuclear deterrence for self-defence.

The Japanese reactionaries' persistent political suppression and persecution of Chongryon and the Koreans in Japan will add to the wrath of the Koreans against Japan and harden their pledge to settle full accounts with it.

Their vicious acts of abusing national education of Koreans in Japan as a means for putting political and diplomatic pressure can never be tolerated.
