The festival held in Russia from September 21 to 24 brought together more than 670 men and women players from different countries including the DPRK, Russia and China.

The DPRK players bagged 5 gold medals, 5 silver medals, 6 bronze medals and 5 trophy cups.

Kim Chol Gwang and Ri Un Song came first in men's 73kg Judo event and 81kg Judo event each.

Choe Mun Hyang and An Jong Sun won the table-tennis women's team event and Choe Su Rim won in the women's 50 meters, 100 meters butterfly.

The Korean players returned home on Monday.
