What matters is that the puppet forces talk such nonsense that they "remains unchanged" in its policy the keynote of which calls for "settling the problem through dialogue" while running amuck to do harm to the DPRK through unprecedented sanctions and pressure with the backing of the U.S. and other foreign forces.

Their talk about "dialogue" is an artifice intended to shift the responsibility for failing to start the north-south dialogue onto the north, diverse elsewhere the public criticism by covering up their true colors as traitors worsening the bedeviled north-south relations and justify their anti-reunification "policy towards the north".

The puppet forces asserted that the "most serious challenge is the north's nukes" and that they would employ all means such as sanctions and pressure to "settle the north's nuclear issue", going all the more reckless in the moves to stifle the DPRK in collusion with the foreign forces.

This is nothing but the height of provocation and insult to the north.

The south Korean authorities are talking about "dialogue" while getting frantic with unprecedented sanctions and pressure on the DPRK in collusion with foreign forces under the pretext of the DPRK just measures for bolstering up its nuclear deterrent for self-defense. This is no more than red herring.
