In the message the president extended the warmest congratulations on behalf of the Algerian people and government and on his own behalf to Kim Jong Un on the national holiday of the DPRK and heartily wished him happiness in good health and the friendly Korean people greater progress and prosperity.

The message praised the long-standing ties of friendship and solidarity between the two countries and affirmed the will to strive for the strengthening of the ties in the interests of the two peoples.
