The sheet carries a Korean painting showing President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk on their tour of Mt Kumgang, with letters "70th anniversary of the field guidance of the peerlessly great persons of Mt Paektu to Mt Kumgang" on its upper part.

In September Juche 36 (1947) when walking round the mountain, Kim Il Sung instructed to build it into a cultural recreation ground for working people.
