On display at the fair are electronics goods, machinery, building materials, vehicles, medicines, light industrial goods, foodstuffs and consumer goods presented by more than 250 companies of the DPRK and different countries and regions of the world.

O Ryong Chol, vice-minister of the External Economic Relations, said that the fair has been conducive to developing friendship, solidarity and many-sided economic relations among countries for over 10 years.

The DPRK will, in the future, too, strengthen the bilateral and multilateral cooperation with various countries of the world, he said.

Many foreign businessmen expressed their willingness to continue to take part in the fair, saying they were deeply impressed while participating in the Pyongyang international trade fair.
