Ri Su Yong informed of the fact that the WPK and the Korean people closely united around Kim Jong Un, chairman of the WPK, were waging vigorous struggle to build a socialist powerful nation and achieve the final victory in the standoff with the U.S., calling for further boosting the friendly relations between the two parties in the idea of independence against imperialism.

Victor Manuel Lucas said that the Communist Party of the People of Spain expressed sympathy with the statement of Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, and extended solidarity to the WPK and people of the DPRK struggling against the U.S. imperialists.

Present at the talks were officials of the Central Committee of the WPK including Vice Department Director Ri Yong Chol and a member of a delegation of the CPPS.
