The participants including Juche idea followers from Mongolia, Russia and Japan in the letter said that the achievements, the Korean people have made in building a socialist power, holding aloft the banner of independence under the leadership of Kim Jong Un while smashing every challenge by big powers, are encouraging the world people in their struggle to achieve independent development and prosperity of their countries and nations and build a world free from exploitation and oppression.

The letter said the seminar helped the participants clearly understand that it is right to settle peacefully through dialogue the disputes among regions or countries and cooperate with each other and take joint action for unity and cooperation among countries and nations.

It hoped that the diligent and honest Korean people would successfully carry out the tasks set forth at the 7th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea and thus make long strides in the work for national reunification and prosperity of the country, true to the behests of the leaders down through generations.

The letter stressed that the participants in the seminar would support the just struggle of the Korean people to build a socialist power, cooperate with each other to achieve the independent development and prosperity of countries and nations and contribute to global independence and hold meetings and seminars involving regional countries on a regular basis.
