A statement of the chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK was read out.

Then followed speeches.

Speakers said that the historic statement solemnly issued by respected Marshal Kim Jong Un is a stern declaration of merciless destruction to outrageous U.S. imperialist aggressors and a declaration of his resolute will to bring about the final victory in the showdown with the U.S. at an early date.

They called for settling accounts with the crimes U.S. imperialists committed against the Korean people while keeping up nuclear blackmail and threat for more than half a century.

They vowed to turn out in the confrontation with the U.S. as befitting overseas citizens of the DPRK and consolidate the single-minded unity of the ranks of Chongryon in any storm and stress.
