Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- The will to take revenge upon the U.S. imperialists by exterminating them on the earth grows stronger among the DPRK people as the days go by. In a matter of six days alone after the publication of the statement of the chairman of the DPRK State Affairs Commission, more than 4.7 millions of people from all walks of life petitioned to be allowed to join or rejoin the Korean People's Army. And the number of petitioners is on the daily increase. Pak Tong Jon, a war veteran living in Sinhung-dong No. 2, Tongdaewon District, Pyongyang, told KCNA: We can never pardon old living dead Trump for letting loose reckless remarks of totally destroying the DPRK. As long as there exist on the earth Yankees who have inflicted only misfortunes and sufferings upon the Korean people and are running amuck to hurt the DPRK, it is impossible for us to live in peace. Though I am aged, I am full of militant spirit to take the arms in my hand again to mercilessly punish the enemies keen debasing our dignity, if the moment of decisive battle avails itself. Choe In Chol, chief engineer of the Pyongyang Steel Works, said: All the officials and workers of my works volunteered for service in the army. Old bastard Trump is so mad enough to make reckless remarks of "totally destroying" the DPRK on the UN arena. No matter how desperately the aggressors run amuck, they can never block the advance of our people who have turned out in the struggle for genuine life with the firm belief in the validity of our cause. If the enemies dared provoke a war, we will surely wipe them off the map and put a victorious end to the decades-long anti-U.S. confrontation. |
