The U.S. military spending is more than what world's major military powers put together. But it is steadily increasing its military spending. This is because the U.S. ruling quarters are seized with such megalomania as dominating the world.

Typical of this is that it is increasing nuclear submarines while trumpeting about strategic advantages over military powers in the Asia-Pacific region, including Russia and China.

It is claiming it would contain its potential rivals with huge nuclear attack capabilities while "quietly sailing" across all seas of the world.

Its moves to modernize nuclear weapons and develop new tactical nuclear weapons are not exception.

Besides, the U.S. forces' military operations in Middle East including Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria requiring a large sum of money, and moves for establishing global missile defense system are being prompted by the U.S. ambition for dominating the world.

The U.S. setting up of its first permanent military base in Israel is arousing bigger concern of the world community. The U.S. is seeking to realize its strategy for dominating Middle East by taking hold on Israel as major military base.

It is nonsensical for such ringleader of aggression to talk about "international peace".
