Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- Big efforts have been paid to producing more and practicing economy in the DPRK under the slogan of self-reliance and self-sufficiency.

As part of the efforts, the current stabilization technology developed by the Mangyongdae District Science and Technology Commission in Pyongyang has been introduced into many industrial establishments like Pyongyang Lift Factory, proving very effective.

In this regard, Yun Kuk Hwan, an official of the commission, told KCNA:

The current stabilization technology was applied to different transformers and AC welders.

The current stabilization AC welder consumes at least 30-40 percent less electric power than the existing AC welder, while ensuring power efficiency at 95 percent.
