In the message the president extended heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the Syrian Arab people and on his own behalf to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 72nd founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea which falls on October 10. He hoped that Kim Jong Un would always make successes in good health and happiness and the people of the DPRK would achieve greater progress and prosperity.

The president expressed the conviction that the joint efforts of the leadership of the two countries would play a positive role in strengthening the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations in conformity with the wellbeing and interests of the friendly peoples of the two countries.
