Foreigners Visit Kumsusan Palace of Sun

Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- Foreign diplomatic envoys and representatives of international organizations here, the military attaches corps, a delegation of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand and other foreigners visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun on Sunday, the 20th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's election as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

They paid tribute to President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il before their statues at the palace.

They paid homage to the great leaders in the halls where they lie in state.

Then they went round the halls where the orders the great leaders received are on display and the halls which house the cars, electric car, boat and train coaches used by them for their field guidance and foreign tours till the last moments of their lives.

Meanwhile, Jong Il Sim, widow of DPRK Hero An Tong Su visited the Palace to pay tribute to President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.
