Rodong Sinmun brands this as a despicable farce to cover up the traitorous nature of the ROK army, a colonial mercenary army serving the U.S., encourage the soldiers whose spirit runs low and calm down the internal security fear and war-phobia.

It is enough to make a cat laugh for the puppet forces to think of browbeating the DPRK with such things like "Hyunmu", the paper says, and goes on:

Not content with collecting at random scrap iron-like weapons disposed of by their master, the puppet forces made their own, imitating their master's but they only caused accidents to face shame. This is the deplorable plight of the puppet forces. It was just shortly ago that "Hyunmu" missile which the puppet military fired while calling for "coping" with the DPRK's measures for bolstering the nuclear deterrence for self-defence crashed into the sea.

The same is the case with the "defence reform" trumpeted about by the puppet forces.

The "defence reform" is just a showy trinket even though the puppet forces claim it is for "independence" and "military edge". It is unbecoming for the puppet forces to call for "defence reform" as they have left the military commanding right to the tender mercy of their American master and ask the U.S. to ensure their security.
