Minju Joson on Aims Sought by S. Korean Puppet Forces in Talking about "North's Additional Provocation"

Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- With the approach of Chusok (Harvest Moon Day), brass hats of the south Korean puppet military inspected five islands in the West Sea of Korea under the pretext of inspecting the "military operational preparedness in the waters off the frontline", while clamoring about "the north's provocation". Earlier, the puppet forces staged a farce of boosting the defense budget under the pretext of "rapidly increasing nuclear and missile threats from the north." Minju Joson Monday says in a commentary that this is nothing but trite sophism of the confrontation maniacs to paint the DPRK as a harasser of peace. The commentary continues: The puppet forces, who have resorted to the sanctions and pressure on the fellow countrymen in the north so far in pursuance of the U.S. policy, let out such sophism in a sinister attempt to cover up their confrontation nature and justify the scheme for invasion of the north. As for the provocations, it is the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces that ratcheted up the tension on the Korean peninsula. Their oft-repeated talk about the north's "additional provocation" only reveals their sinister scenario to attain the ambition for "unifying the social system" without fail by zealously toeing the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK. The puppet forces have neither capability to match the muscle of the People's Army nor courage to meet the ensuing consequences. They would be well advised to behave themselves if they are to stay longer. |
