The work, published on Oct. 10, Juche 81 (1992), made a scientific analysis of the historic lesson in building a socialist ruling party and elucidated the basic principle of the revolutionary party of Juche theoretically, systematically and comprehensively.

The validity, vitality and everlasting viability of the Juche-based party-building idea and theory put forward by Kim Jong Il have been fully proved for 25 years since the work was published.

In this period when the worst adversity faced the country and times changed, the Party has thoroughly established Juche in all fields of the party building and activities with the Juche idea as a firm guiding principle as indicated by him in his work and, therefore, the organizational and ideological foundation of the Party has been firmly consolidated and its ideological purity further ensured.

The party has become a mother party forming a harmonious whole with the masses, experienced and seasoned party with high leadership arts and promising party which successfully ensured the succession to the Party's leadership, weathering the ordeals facing the revolution. This is because it has regarded his party-building idea and theory as cornerstone.

The party building, activities and work should be conducted as indicated by Kim Jong Il. Herein lies the invincibility of the WPK's cause. This is the immutable truth taught by history and reality.

The WPK will bring earlier the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche under the unfurled banner of the great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism with the Juche-based party-building idea and theory as ever-victorious guidelines.
