The Lao newspaper Pasason in an article "Party building exploits of Comrade Kim Jong Il", illustrated with his smiling portrait, said that he set it as the most important task in the whole course of leading the WPK to build up it into the party of President Kim Il Sung and successfully carried it out.

The Egyptian newspaper Al Akhbar Almassay in an article stressed that under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Il, the WPK as the headquarters of the revolution had made world-startling achievements in the struggle to realize the cause of the popular masses for independence and that his party building exploits would go down through centuries.

The Cambodian newspaper Nokor Thom Daily said in an article titled "Kim Jong Un, he is chairman of the WPK":

Chairman Kim Jong Un strengthens the WPK into iron-willed vanguard ranks advancing by dint of ideology and unity.

All his activities to glorify the WPK as the genuine motherly party making selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people are consistent with priority to the people and respect and love for them.

The Korean people, deeply attracted by his profound loving care for them, are turning out as one in the struggle to implement the lines and policies of the WPK, entrusting their destiny and future to him and calling the Party as mother.
