The letter extended the highest glory and warmest thanks to Kim Jong Un who was so kind as to send a congratulatory message to the meeting, giving it the highest honor, and indicated the general orientation of the union in the great era of Kim Jong Un.

It praised him as their father who takes warm care of the union and Korean women in Japan and the great teacher who lights the road ahead of the movement of Korean women in Japan and leads it to work new leap forward and innovations, braving ordeals, it noted.

The final victory of the patriotic cause of Chongryon, the bright future of the Korean community in Japan and the happiness of Korean women in Japan lies in holding Kim Jong Un with loyalty, it said, adding this is the immutable faith and will the past history of 70 years implanted on their mind.

The participants in the meeting will glorify through generations the nature of the first organization of overseas Korean women, which inherited the glorious tradition of the Korean women's movement, and discharge the honorable responsibility and duty of the union in the work for the final victory of the patriotic cause of Chongryon and thus surely live up to the particular love and trust of Kim Jong Un with loyalty, the letter said.
