The letter extended high respects to the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the highest glory and the warmest congratulations to respected Marshal Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 72nd founding anniversary of the WPK.

The letter said:

Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, who regarded the party building as an essential issue of the revolutionary struggle from the very period he started his revolutionary activities in his early years, gave an origin to the building of a Juche-type revolutionary party with the formation of the "Down-with-Imperialism Union" and consolidated the organizational and ideological foundations for founding the party during the anti-Japanese war of 20 years.

Generalissimo Kim Jong Il formulated the revolutionary idea of Kim Il Sung as Kimilsungism through his extraordinary wisdom and energetic ideo-theoretical activities, set the programme of modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism and led the WPK to invariably preserve its character as the Kimilsungist party, the glorious revolutionary party of Juche, and provided a model of revolutionary party building and activities to the progressive people in the world.

Today the WPK with Marshal Kim Jong Un carrying forward the noble intention of the great leaders without a single inch of deflection as its chairman is dynamically pushing ahead with the grandiose drive to hasten the final victory of the Juche revolution, tightly grasping the helm of history.

The letter said that the General Association and all Koreans in China are filled with the strong will to believe in and follow only the respected Marshal in any storm and stress and advance forever under the leadership of the WPK.
