| Pyongyang, October 11 (KCNA) -- Kosongryong Teahouse under the Jongphyong County Public Catering Establishment in South Hamgyong Province has been well-known from 10 years ago for serving tasty bean-paste soup boiled with edible herbs like leopard plant, anise and bracken. The soup has been highly appreciated by local people for its excellent flavor and high nutritive value. Recently, the Korean Association of Cooks selected the soup as one of local famous dishes and awarded a certificate to it. |
