The commentary says:

The south Korean authorities are peddling the theory of "simultaneous development of sanctions and pressure and dialogue", claiming that it is the unique way of settling the present serious situation getting all the more acute with each passing moment.

This is contradictory and sheer sophism bereft of reason in the light of their literal meaning only.

As for the "dialogue" through "sanctions and pressure" touted by the south Korean authorities, it is just foolish ambition to bring down the DPRK by the use of coercive means and methods.

The north-south relations plunged into a stalemate and the situation on the Korean peninsula has reached the extremes. This is a product of the traitorous acts of the despicable south Korean authorities who go in cahoots with the U.S. and stand in the way of dialogue and peace while dreaming a foolish dream of depriving the DPRK of its nuclear treasured sword.

Their assertion is just a poor excuse to cover up their confrontation nature and their stand of kowtowing to the U.S. line, and justify the situation inching close to the war of aggression against the north.

They are seriously mistaken if they think they can find a way-out while currying favor with the U.S. and making sheep's eyes at the DPRK through such a clumsy theory.

They should bear in mind that the final destination of the sanctions and pressure will be do-or-die final battle in which everything has to be settled at the cost of blood, not any "dialogue" expected by them.

Clear is the result if they take part in doing harm to their fellow countrymen in collusion with outsiders in wanton violation of the agreement common to the nation which they made with their own hands for fear of the U.S.

They should stand against outsiders' hostile policy toward the DPRK from the sincere stand of By Our Nation Itself and make an independent and righteous option for peace and reunification of the Korean peninsula, not kowtowing to the U.S. line and clamoring for foolish theory of "simultaneous development of sanctions and pressure and dialogue", though belatedly, if they do not want to be fallen into the abyss of death in return for their foolish and traitorous pursuance of the U.S.
