The letter noted that the seminar had an in-depth discussion on the issues arising in defending national sovereignty, peace and socialism from the imperialists' threat of aggression at present, on the basis of the Juche idea, the Songun idea.

The Juche idea, founded and developed in depth by President Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il and being further enriched by Comrade Kim Jong Un, has displayed its tremendous vitality not only in the Korean people's struggle for freeing their country from the colonial rule but also in the long period since the birth of the DPRK, and it has lighted the road ahead of the progressives even after the collapse of socialism in East European countries, the letter said.

It expressed full solidarity with the Korean people courageously advancing in the forefront of struggle for independence.

And it stressed that a halt should be put to the provocations and unreasonable sanctions against the DPRK.
