GI Criminals Enjoy Extraordinary Privilege in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, October 14 (KCNA) -- Many GIs in south Korea were not prosecuted for their crimes, according to south Korean News one on October 10. The rate increased to 70.7 per cent in July this year from 58.2 percent in 2014. In particular, 81.3 percent of GI felonious criminals were not punished this year. |
