The Ryongsong Machine Complex manufactured a new type of air compressor by its own efforts and technology.

The Huichon Precision Machine Plant, Sunchon Engine Factory and Hamhung Tire Factory are turning out new products, including fuel pump, engine and tire, adapted for the specific conditions of the country.

The Anju Insulating Material Factory established the production process of high-quality impregnating and coating varnish, while introducing newly-made acrylic paints for painting vehicles into different units.

The drive to develop new products has also been witnessed at the Hamhung Youth Electric Appliances Plant, Munchon Valve Factory and Pyongyang Grindstone Factory.
