Settlement of Past Will Promise Bright Future of Japan: Minju Joson
Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- Days ago, a Japanese delegate groaned that the fact Japan had forced 200 000 Korean women into sexual slavery during World War II was a groundless fiction at the meeting of the Third Committee of the 72nd Session of UN General Assembly, the agenda of which is "Advancement of Women".

Japan's attempt to shun settlement of its hideous past crimes is a extra large criminal act that deserves the curse and accusation of all people as it is a thrice-cursed act of stabbing the Korean people in the breast, Minju Joson Tuesday says in a commentary, adding:

The Japanese delegate must be the very one who received education in distorted history which tells lies that the preceding generations sacrificed themselves for "peace in the East" and Japan devotedly committed itself to "freedom" and "independence" of neighboring countries.

Due to those guys who are recklessly wagging their tongue, failing to discern which is just and true, Japan's image hits the bottom and its diplomatic isolation becomes worse with each passing day.

It is not fortuitous that the world calls Japan a politically immature dwarf.

When Japan has an axe to grind and resorts to sleight of hand with its past crimes as now, its action will only cast a darker shadow over its future.

Japan had better keep in mind that it can never cover up the history of its hideous unethical crimes and write it off, and it should make a bold decision to settle the past.

Proactive settlement of past will promise a rosy future for Japan.
