Attending it were Vice-Chairman Keith Bennet and directors of the Board of the Foundation, members of the Foundation, a delegation of the Russian Committee to Praise the Great Persons of Mt Paektu and other foreign guests and overseas Koreans.

Present as observers were officials of the Secretariat of the Board.

The meeting discussed the organizational matter of the Board and reviewed its work of one year after the second meeting.

Then it adopted the amended rules of the Foundation and informed the participants of the orientation of the Board's future activities.

The meeting adopted a letter to respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
