| Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- Ri Yong Ho, foreign minister of the DPRK, sent a congratulatory message to D. Tsogtbaatar on his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia on Oct. 19. The message expressed the belief that the friendly and cooperative ties between the two countries with long history and tradition would continue to develop in the interests of the two peoples, wishing him success in his work. |
