In order to make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people as the mode of existence of the party, it is necessary to have guiding idea, revolutionary theory and leadership method reflecting the most correct viewpoint of the people.

President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il are the great sage of revolution and eternal sun of the people who combined the issue of the Party's mode of existence with the popular masses for the first time in history and successfully solved it.

The President, regarding it as his maxim to believe in the people as in Heaven, led the Korean revolution and provided the Juche idea centered on the popular masses and revolutionary theory and leadership method which embodied it.

While leading the revolution Kim Jong Il developed the party into genuine mother party which is entirely responsible for and takes care of the people's political integrity and material and cultural life.

The Party's mode of existence is being further consolidated thanks to respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
