Now, the plant is producing varied static condensers helping reduce electricity loss in transmission.

Recently, more than 40 kinds of static condensers have won a state quality certification.

Those products are 1.5 times longer than the previous ones in serviceable life and firmly ensure the technological specification indexes.

They are to be installed at transformers and motors with different capacity and induction furnaces.

The plant has also introduced a pneumatic test jig into production to fully ensure technical requirement of products.

Chief Engineer Pak Myong Chol said that the plant is producing static condensers for ultrahigh-voltage power system.
