The conference analyzed and reviewed the achievements, experience and lessons made in the work to establish the revolutionary atmosphere of law observance for five years since the Fifth Conference and discussed the tasks and ways for further strengthening the socialist law-abiding life as required by the developing revolution.

Present at the conference were Kim Yong Nam, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK; Vice-President of the SPA Presidium Yang Hyong Sop, Vice-Chairman of the C.C., WPK Pak Thae Song and Minister of the People's Security Choe Pu Il; and officials concerned, members of the socialist law-abiding life guidance committees at all levels, judicial officers and exemplary explainers of law-abiding.

Respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un's letter to the Sixth Conference was read out.

Yang Hyong Sop made a report which was followed by speeches.

The reporter and speakers said Kim Jong Un's letter is an undying library that enriched the idea and theory of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on the law-abiding life and the militant banner to be held fast to in the work to establish the atmosphere of revolutionary law observance in the whole society.

They stated that the proud history of the socialist law-abiding life in the DPRK is a history of immortal exploits of the peerlessly great men.

The exploits Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il performed in the socialist law-abiding life have been successfully carried forward thanks to the respected Supreme Leader, they said.

They referred to the successes achieved in the work to improve and strengthen the socialist law-abiding life in the past.

They called for bringing about a new revolutionary turn in the socialist law-abiding life under the guidance of the Party to guarantee by law the all-out offensive for carrying out the decisions of the Seventh Congress of the WPK.
