The statement charged that the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet war mongers frantically kicked up war drills against the DPRK in the sky, land and seas of south Korea, driving the situation of the Korean peninsula to the touch-and-go tension, blaming the DPRK's bolstering of the nuclear deterrence for self-defence as "provocations" and "nuclear threat".

Stating that the present south Korean authorities zealously follow the U.S. moves of sanctions against the DPRK under the signboard of "strengthening of alliance", selling out the dignity and interests of the nation through the confrontation racket with the compatriots and vociferating about priority to outside forces and cooperation with outside forces, not national cooperation, the statement went on:

No matter how desperately the U.S. imperialists may try, claiming "sanctions and retaliatory punishment," the DPRK will never be frightened. The DPRK has always won victory in the standoff with the U.S. imperialists.

The arrogant Trump administration should stop the war provocation moves and hostile policy toward the DPRK, though belatedly, clearly understanding that if they ignite a war on the Korean peninsula, the whole land of the U.S. would reduce to ashes so that there would be no one left to sign a surrender document.

The south Korean authorities should reasonably depend on the nation and take the option to improve the inter-Korean relations and achieve peace and reunification of the country.

The General Association of Koreans in China and all Koreans in China will more vigorously turn out in the patriotic struggle to open up the avenue to independent reunification after driving the U.S. forces out of south Korea at an early date and resolutely smashing the sanctions and war moves of the U.S. imperialists and warlike forces at home and abroad.
