Extending warm congratulations to Marshal Kim Jong Un and all the Korean people on the 72nd founding anniversary of the WPK, the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) said:

As the general staff of the revolution, the WPK had led the Korean people to victory under the leadership of the great President Kim Il Sung.

The great leader Kim Jong Il further strengthened the WPK into the party of the leader.

Under the distinguished leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, the WPK is creditably carrying forward the idea and cause of the preceding leaders with Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as its steadfast guideline.

The chairman of the Sri Lanka Society for Self-Reliance Studies said:

It would have been unthinkable without leadership of HE Kim Jong Il that the WPK could develop into an invincible party and always emerge victorious. He made epoch-making changes to be specially recorded in history by wisely leading the Korean people.

The first secretary of the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and other speakers lauded the feats of the peerlessly great men of Mt Paektu for the founding and development of the WPK.
