Quite right is the stand of the DPRK to further increase in quality and quantity the Juche-based defence capability guaranteeing happiness and prosperity of the people under the banner of the line of simultaneously pushing forward the economic construction and the building of nuclear force as long as there are the imperialists on the earth and their nuclear threats continue.
