Letter of DPRK Permanent Representative Distributed as UN Document

Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- A letter sent by the DPRK permanent representative at the United Nations to the president of UNSC was distributed as an official document A/72/545-S/2017/882 of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council on October 28.

The letter branded the large-scale naval joint military exercises staged by the U.S. in its attempt to launch a preemptive nuclear strike against the DPRK as clear threat to the international peace and security and requested the UN Security Council to bring up the exercises as its urgent agenda item for discussion.
