| Pyongyang, November 2 (KCNA) -- A letter sent by the DPRK permanent representative at the United Nations to the UN secretary general was distributed as an official document A/72/546-S/2017/894 of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council on October 30. The letter requested urgently organizing an international forum of legal experts to clarify the legal grounds of the UN Security Council's "sanctions resolutions" against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK). |
