Pyongyang, November 7 (KCNA) -- Koreans in the U.S., together with its progressive organizations for peace, took a demonstration in Washington, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles on Nov. 3 and 4 to protest Trump's policy, according to the south Korean Internet newspaper Tongil News. The solidarity demonstration was launched in response to the call for a joint action against Trump from the south Korean Anti-Trump Joint Action. Its participants urged the U.S. administration to withdraw the GIs from south Korea and other parts of the world. In a statement they noted that as soon as Trump announced his plan on Asia visit, actions against Trump and the U.S. military adventure were launched all at once in 140-odd regions of Japan, Vietnam, Philippines and other countries, let alone south Korea. Since there are many U.S. military bases in Asia-Pacific, military conflict on the Korean peninsula will result in deaths in its surrounding countries, not to mention the peninsula, the statement warned. |
