S. Korean Political Party Protest against Trump's Visit
Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- Members of the People's Party of south Korea held a press conference in Kwangju City on Monday in protest against Trump's visit to south Korea and the regime's sycophancy toward the U.S., according to the south Korean online paper Jaju Sibo.

Speakers at the conference urged the regime to take an independent stand in order to preserve the people's rights and peace.

A press release was read out.

It termed the U.S. muscle-flexing around the Korean peninsula and its vicinity with nuclear carrier task force and other strategic assets, timed to coincide with Trump's south Korean junket, an open threat of war.

It censured the regime for deploying THAAD and slapping sanctions against the north while talking about stronger "south Korea-U.S. alliance."
