U.S. Chiefly to Blame for Increasing Danger of War: S. Korean Commentator
Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- A commentary holding the U.S. wholly accountable for the crisis and instability on the Korean peninsula

and urging it to opt for a peace dialogue was posted on the south Korean internet newspaper Chamsesang on Monday.

Noting the U.S. is chiefly to blame for the deteriorating situation on the Korean peninsula, the commentary said:

The regime should neither follow Trump's hard-line policy like "independent sanctions" and "preventive attack" nor yield to his pressure any more.

What is clear is that all military acts and sanctions should be terminated as they only increase tensions now that the U.S. more openly pursues its imperialist policy to undermine peace in Northeast Asia.

Now is just the time to come out for overall dialogue for concluding a peace treaty and building a peace mechanism, not military confrontation over the nuclear issue.
