Kim Chang Yop, chairman of the C.C., UAWK, made a report at the meeting to be followed by speeches.

They said that in his work "On Further Strengthening the Work of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea" leader Kim Jong Il clearly indicated the task and ways for enhancing the responsibility and role of the union lecturers.

Respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un said that ideological education should be done as required by the preparedness of the agricultural workers and specific conditions of rural areas and made sure that hot wind of agitprop work should be made at construction sites seething with the struggle to implement the decision of the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, they noted.

They recalled that all the lecturers have contributed to prepare the agricultural workers to be genuine revolutionaries in rural areas devotedly defending the Party Central Committee with absolute trust in the Supreme Leader and unshakable revolutionary faith.

They also recalled that the lecturers have positively contributed to the agricultural production by inspiring the agricultural workers to the campaign for implementing the Theses on the Socialist Rural Questions and the Party's policy on agricultural revolution.

They underlined the need for all lecturers to equip themselves with great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, cherish the spirit of the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the 7th Central Committee of the WPK and thus fully discharge their honorable mission and duty as agitators and educators of the Party policy in the drive for increasing the agricultural production.
