The meeting discussed how to carry through the tasks set forth by respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un at the Second Plenary Meeting of the Seventh Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Kim Chang Yop, chairman of the C.C., UAWK, made a report at the meeting which was followed by speeches.

The reporter and speakers noted that the Supreme Leader at the Second Plenary Meeting indicated clear-cut ways and tasks to open up a turning phase of the revolution and construction through a bold and strenuous offensive and steadily advance the socialist cause of Juche.

They stressed that the union organizations at all levels should fully demonstrate their might as a reliable transmission belt and peripheral body in the drive to implement the decision made at the Seventh Congress of the WPK.

They expressed the will to build up all the organizations into powerful combat ones creditably discharging their revolutionary duty while sharing thought, breath and steps with the Party Central Committee by further enhancing their militant function and role.
