Andre Lohekele Kalonda, chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of Democratic Congo, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee.

The committee set the remembrance period from Nov. 7 to Dec. 17 and decided to hold political and cultural events such as a remembrance meeting, seminar on exploits, photo exhibition and film show in the period.
