Special Envoy of Xi Jinping to Visit DPRK

Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- Song Tao, head of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, will soon visit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea as a special envoy of Xi Jinping, general secretary of the C.C., CPC.
